Terms of Service

By creating a Kyneva account, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Kyneva is an online multi-channel e-commerce analytics service. It aggregates, in read-only mode, data from your connected sales platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Stripe, BigCommerce, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Amazon Selling Partner) to provide a consolidated view of your sales, generate alerts, and produce analyses via an AI assistant.

Kyneva does not write any data to your connected platforms. Kyneva never processes payments.

To use Kyneva you must:

• Be of legal age in your country of residence.

• Have the legal right to connect your platforms (be the owner or an authorized administrator of the relevant store).

• Comply with the terms of service of each connected platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions taken from your account. Notify us immediately at developers@geckoai.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

When you connect a platform via OAuth, you authorize Kyneva to read the data described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this authorization at any time from Kyneva's settings or directly from the relevant platform.

Kyneva is not affiliated with Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Stripe, BigCommerce, eBay, Etsy, TikTok, Amazon, or any other brand mentioned. The use of their respective APIs complies with each platform's public terms of service.

Kyneva is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may cause downtime announced in advance.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

• Attempt to circumvent the service's technical limits (rate limits, OAuth scopes).

• Use the service for any illegal activity.

• Reverse-engineer the service's proprietary code.

In case of violation, we reserve the right to suspend or delete your account without prior notice.

Kyneva's source code, brand, design, and content remain the exclusive property of GeckoAI.app. Data from your connected platforms remains your property (or that of the platforms under their own terms).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GeckoAI.app shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you, for any reason whatsoever, shall not exceed the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from the settings. Deletion is permanent and results in the removal of your data within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations (technical logs 90 days, accounting data 10 years where applicable).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (United States), where GeckoAI.app is incorporated. For users residing in the European Union, the mandatory provisions of their national consumer protection law remain applicable.

Any dispute shall first be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution. Failing that, jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Delaware, without prejudice to the rights of European consumers.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable regulations. Any material change will be notified to you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
